Wouldn&#039;t it curry much more favor and brand loyalty if the installer program were to ask, in a helpful voice, whether or not you wanted to take advantage of certain options? This article highlights a very real problem in UI today - that the user is left out of the conversation, and the software engineers completely dictate the monologue.</description>
